Attorney Carol Lamoureux Recognized As One Of Top 40 Under 40 by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

Hernandez & Hamilton, PC is pleased to announce that Tucson appellate attorney Carol Lamoureux was recently recognized as one of the recipients at the 18th annual “40 Under 40” awards.

Presented by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (THCC), these awards have been celebrating young talent in Southern Arizona since 2005. THCC President Rob Elias stated “We’re so pleased with the diversity and variety of professions amongst our honorees this year, proving that true givers can and should come from anyone in any position. We look forward to honoring these 40 leaders for their work in the community.”

Carol’s practice is concentrated in complex litigation, appellate and post-conviction practice. She has successfully defended clients in cases before the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She has been recognized for her excellence by Arizona Attorney’s for Criminal Justice (AACJ) and was awarded their prestigious appellate advocacy award. Her work has been featured in National-level news articles, and was recently featured in the NPR true crime podcast, “Violation,” which focuses on one of Carol’s current cases.
